The Year 9 & 10 Volleyball Carnival was an action-packed day with incredible performances from our Albany SHS teams.

The Boys' Team dominated pool play, showcasing their skills and teamwork to secure the top spot. Advancing to the grand final, they faced a thrilling match against Denmark. The boys narrowly missed the championship in a nail-biting finish, falling 26-27 in an intense battle.

The Girls' Team also impressed, finishing second in their pool and earning a place in the grand final, where they, too, faced Denmark. Despite their valiant efforts and determination, the girls were edged out in a close match, 23-25.

Both teams demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, skill, and perseverance throughout the day. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and look forward to their continued growth and success in future competitions. Well done to all involved!
