Our Year 9 students recently stepped into the fascinating world of rail transport during an exciting visit to Aurizon’s rail depot. This hands-on excursion gave them the opportunity to tour the facility, learn about various career paths within the rail industry, and even climb aboard a locomotive cabin!

The students showed great enthusiasm, asking insightful questions and representing Albany Senior High School with pride. It was a day filled with discovery and inspiration, highlighting the many opportunities available in the rail sector.

Excursions like this are a valuable part of our career education program, designed to help students explore diverse pathways and gain practical insights into potential futures.
