Applications are now open for the WA Student Assistance Payment. Parents and caregivers of secondary students can claim up to $250 per student to help ease cost-of-living pressures.

Claims can be submitted via the ServiceWA app or online at education.wa.edu.au/wasap/claim, using your child’s WA Student Number (WASN).

WASNs can be found on student timetables, school reports, or NAPLAN results. A Compass message has also been sent with your child’s WASN for convenience.

The deadline to submit claims is Friday, 4 July 2025.
