Albany Senior High School participated in the GSSSSA Cricket Carnival and did a fantastic job.

The Girls’ A-Division team went undefeated throughout the day, showcasing exceptional teamwork, consistency, and determination on their way to winning their division. Their attitude on and off the field was a credit to themselves and to Albany SHS.

The Year 7 Boys also impressed, claiming victory in the B-Grade division despite competing against mostly older teams. Their resilience in tight games and willingness to take responsibility for their roles made their success well-deserved.

Across all teams, students demonstrated respect for opponents, umpires, coaches, and each other, creating a positive and competitive atmosphere. We were incredibly proud of the way our students upheld Albany SHS values and represented the school.
