Albany Senior High School was thrilled to welcome the talented Sean Choolburra for a special performance event that combined comedy, culture, and captivating storytelling.

Performing for our Performing Arts and HASS students, Sean delivered two engaging shows that were both highly entertaining and deeply educational. With plenty of audience participation, laughter, and lively energy, students were treated to a memorable experience that celebrated Indigenous culture in a fun and accessible way.

Sean Choolburra is one of Australia’s most renowned Indigenous performers. He is a comedian, dancer, storyteller, and cultural ambassador. Known for his ability to seamlessly blend traditional Aboriginal culture with contemporary comedy and performance, Sean brought a unique perspective and incredible talent to our school stage.

His visit was not only a highlight for students and staff alike but also an important reminder of the richness of Aboriginal culture and the power of performance to educate and inspire.
