2025 marked a major milestone for Albany Senior High School as our iconic building turned 100 years old. To celebrate this historic occasion, we opened our doors to the community and alumni for guided tours of the school.

The administration foyer was transformed into a gallery showcasing photographs of the school through the decades—capturing changes, renovations, additions, and even the rebuild following the devastating school fire.

Visitors enjoyed tours led by staff who were proud former students of Albany SHS themselves. Each guest received a commemorative 100-Year Boronia and a special centenary pin as a keepsake.

The weather was perfect for exploring the original heritage buildings alongside our modern facilities, including the state-of-the-art Performing Arts Centre and a sneak peek at the new classrooms set to open in 2026.
