As the Transition Days for Albany Senior High School approach, we are in the process of finalising attendance numbers. If you haven’t done so already, please RSVP by Friday, 8 November.
All new Albany Residential College and Small School students enrolled at Albany SHS for the 2025 School Year are invited to attend our:
SMALL SCHOOLS’ TRANSITION DAY
When: Friday, 22 November 2024
8.50 am – 3.10 pm
Transition days are a time to meet with teachers, student services staff, classmates and other important personnel, plus get to know your way around the school.
What you need for your Transition Day
Whole Schools’ Orientation Day is held on Friday, 29 November.

What you need for your Transition Day
- Students should wear their current school uniform; closed-in footwear is essential
- All students are to meet in the Auditorium at 8.50 am where you will be given your directions for the day
- Students are to bring a bag containing:
✓ pencil case with pens and pencils
✓ paper to write on
✓ food for recess and lunch, and a water bottle (lunch is provided at
the Residential College for boarding students)
