We want to inform you that Albany SHS will close early on Thursday, 3 April, to facilitate Years 7, 11, and 12 Parent/Teacher Conferences.

These conferences provide a valuable opportunity to engage with your child's teachers, discuss their progress, and gain insights into their academic journey. Details on how to book a conference with your child's teacher will be communicated separately to Year 7, 11, and 12 parents tomorrow (Friday, 28 March).

Early Close
In light of the Parent/Teacher Conference, the whole school will close early on Thursday, 3 April 2025. Your child will be dismissed from school at 1.40 pm.

Note the following important points regarding early closure:

• School buses will depart from Albany SHS at 3.10 pm, as usual.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for collecting their child or arranging for collection from 1.40 pm.
• If your child cannot be collected or released, supervision will be provided in the Albany SHS Library. There will be no set curriculum during this time, and students will have a quiet space to work on their tasks.
• If you require your child to remain at school under supervision, please register them by clicking this Registration Link or using the QR code below.
• Students will be released from the library at 3.10 pm to catch buses or their usual mode of transport home.
