Students from Years 7–11 recently participated in their final Young Writers Workshop for the year, led by acclaimed British author Justin Somper, best known for his fantasy series for children and young adults.

Throughout the day, students explored techniques for creating compelling characters, alternating between collaborative group activities and independent writing. By the end of the workshop, each student had crafted the opening of their very own fantasy story—ready to grow into something truly magical!
