Our Year 9 students took part in the Wires and Wheels program at TAFE, exploring exciting career pathways in Electrotechnology and Automotive. The day was packed with hands-on activities that gave students a real taste of what it’s like to work in these industries.

Students had the opportunity to meet TAFE lecturers, ask questions, and learn about the skills needed for success in these fields. They also discovered future pathways, including VET Delivered to Secondary Students (VETdss) options available in senior school.

We are proud of how our students represented Albany SHS and embraced this chance to gain valuable insights into careers that keep our world wired and moving!
