2020 - Year 10 General Science - Fermentation


This term our NON-ATAR bound year 10 Science students have been concentrating on safe laboratory practices and the process of fermentation.  Over the last 4 weeks they have been making yoghurt, breads and kombucha using different types of fermentation.  The photos below show some of the students with their quite tasty end results!
