Year 10 Visual Arts students have been applying their powers of observation to still life drawing based on animal skulls. To then stylise their image, students cropped original drawings to focus on small areas of interest. Students worked with subtractive drawing techniques by erasing from a charcoaled surface to generate form and details with fossilised effects.

In Term 4 we will be exploring The Day of the Dead, where students have the opportunity to generate an illustration, painting or sculpture.
