Albany Senior High School is proud to celebrate the achievements of Year 11 student Keely, who has recently been acknowledged for her outstanding talent in netball.

Keely was selected to be part of a national-level development opportunity following her strong performance earlier this year as a member of the WA 17 & Under State Team, which competed at the national championships. Her selection reflects her dedication to the sport and the high calibre of athletes being developed through netball programs in Western Australia.

This opportunity will see Keely travel to Canberra in July to attend a development camp at the Australian Institute of Sport, where she will train alongside some of the country’s most promising young athletes. These camps are designed to help players grow both on and off the court, preparing them for the future of elite netball.

Keely’s success is a testament to the strength of regional talent and the hard work of local coaches and support networks who have helped her on this journey. Albany SHS congratulates Keely on this exciting achievement and looks forward to following her continued development in the sport.
