Albany Senior High School's Maritime Program celebrates the youth of the Great Southern and their involvement with the surrounding marine environment. Albany has a rich history in the marine industry and connectedness to the ocean. Our program offers students the opportunity to gather the skills and experience to move forward as influential members of the global marine community.
Available to students from Years 7 to 12, our specialist programs engage students in theoretical and practical learning. Students at all levels will be challenged to understand the connection between humans and the ocean and appreciate that they can shape the nature of this relationship in the next generation.
Albany Senior High School's Maritime Program is committed to seeking the most effective learning opportunities while respecting the natural and cultural environment. We strive for regeneration and sustainability.
We encourage all students to embrace the opportunity to become highly effective people, offer more to their community, and give back to the environment.
