This week, all year groups (Years 7–12) in Mr Ritchie's Marine & Maritime classes took part in the much-anticipated annual Bream fishing competition, the Kalgan Classic.

Despite some wild weather, students embraced the challenge, showcasing great enthusiasm throughout the week. The event wrapped up on Friday with a celebration that included prize presentations, a raffle, and a BBQ. This also marked the end of the semester for our Year 7 and 8 students — we’ll see you all back in Term Four!

All prizes were generously donated — thank you for your kind contributions, which helped make the Kalgan Classic a success once again.
